The Loomguard fInish is applied through a heat finishing process.This coating uses RUCOSTAR C6, a technology developed by the German-based RUDOLF GROUP. RUCOSTAR C6 is a water-, oil-, and soil-repellent textile treatment that uses reduced amounts of fluorine compared to older methods.

How to clean upholstery with a Loomguard stain resist finish:

Vacuum the upholstery to remove any loose dirt or debris. For most stains, apply water to the area and blot with a white paper towel. Repeat until no stain appears on the towel. Avoid circular motions.
Apply more water and gently rub with a microfiber cloth. For stubborn stains, use a small amount of plain white bar soap (no chemicals, bleaches, etc.) with circular motions. Alternate between soap and water as needed.
Allow the cleaned area to air dry completely. Do not use heat or a hairdryer.
